My approach to goal-setting is to help clients identify specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals. I also work with clients to create an action plan and provide accountability to ensure they stay on track to achieve their goals.
Everything that passes between us will stay confidential, and I will always stand within the standards & ethics under which I have been trained and qualified. I will not share your identity or information about you with any other person or organization without your consent.
